The contract will ensure the continuous provision of the service for a period of 60 months. the duration of the contract was established according to the analysis carried out at the level of the feasibility study, annexed to this documentation. the main activities to be performed by the delegate/provider during the contract period consist of: the activity of collecting and transporting residual, recyclable, green biodegradable waste from area 4 ciacanesti, calarasi county.Delegation of the management of the collection and transport activity of residual, recyclable, biodegradable green waste from area 4 cioccanesti, calarasi county, which involves the delegation by concession of the activity of collection and transport of municipal and similar waste from the delegation area (a component activity of the sanitation service , respectively the activity of collection and transport of municipal waste and similar waste, provided for in article 2 paragraph (3) letter a) of law no. 101/2006 of the sanitation service of localities). the object of the contract consists in delegating the management of the component activities of the sanitation service, which make up the "service", namely collection and transport for :(1) household waste, respectively the fractions of recyclable waste (paper, cardboard , plastic, metals, glass), hazardous household waste and residual waste; (2) similar waste from commercial activities, industry and institutions, respectively the fractions of recyclable waste (paper, cardboard, plastic, metals, glass), bio-waste, waste bulky and residual waste; (3) waste from the markets, respectively the fractions of recyclable waste (paper, cardboard, plastic, metals, glass), biowaste and residual waste; additional details regarding the works to be executed can be found in the notebook tasks and regulations of the sanitation service. number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers r: 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. the contracting authority will send a consolidated response to all clarifications, to the extent that the requests for clarifications or additional information were addressed within the term provided by law, at least 16 days before the deadline set for receiving offers/requests to participate.
