The tender includes vordingborg municipalitys transfer of the right to establish and operate publicly accessible charging stations at various locations within the municipality to an operator or several operators, cf. the afi act (act no. 412 of 4 april 2022 on infrastructure for alternative fuels for transport) .The tender includes the ordering partys transfer of the right to establish and operate publicly accessible charging points at various locations at the ordering partys premises to an operator or several operators, cf. the afi act (act no. 412 of 4 april 2022 on infrastructure for alternative fuels for transport). the private operator must basically finance the costs for the establishment, operation and removal of charging stations themselves. the contracting authority may, however, provide payment to operators of publicly accessible charging points if, after holding a tender, it can be established that the agreement cannot be implemented without, cf. executive order no. 414 of 4 april 2022 on municipalities and regions provision of payment to operators of public available charging points.• subcontract 1 pool 1 regarding 18 locations
