Procurement of ice rinks for bandy, skating and ice rinks for hockey. facility is also supposed to be prepared for figure skating and para sports. in addition to the two ice rinks, the facility must also be covered by a common part that connects the two ice rinks where common areas are located such as changing rooms, offices, staff areas for operation and maintenance staff, cafes and open areas for people/spectators but also areas for the technical installations. the facility must serve a purpose for the public as well as the businesses and elite clubs that operate in Motala.Motala ice rinks
